×Hi
I've just upgraded our Confluence to 5.7.4, and now when I highlight some text in a page the 'Create JIRA Issue' icon is missing. The icon for creating an inline comment does appear though.
JIRA is still in the same place, and the application link between Confluence and JIRA seems OK.
Does anyone know why it would be behaving this way?
Thanks
Richard
Hi Richard,
It seems you are being impacted by the bug CONF-35730. You can try the fix described on the bug report.
Thanks and regards,
Paula Silveira
I have found the "Confluence and Jira Content Connector" plugin is disabled after restarting Confluence, so that's the first thing to check.

Is anyone seeing this in Confluence 6.5.2 where clearing the cache and restarting Confluence does not resolve the issue?

Perfect, clearing the cache as suggested and it's working fine now.
