How do I disable the drag image attachment

When I'm in a wiki page that have pictures (image) and if I accidently click and drag the picture, it will create a dupliate copy of the picture in attachment. How do I disable that?

Disable Confluence Drag and Drop Plugin in the System Plugins. You can also refer to the documentation here:
