How do I transfer Confluence (download) to a new server?

I tried setting up a matching, default install of Confluence on the new server, then restoring the backup of the old server (using the automated backup feature), but my Zen add-in will not load. How can I resolve this?

Hi Scott,

Confluence automated backup feature is an automatic XML site backup and it doesn't backup plugin/add-on (see documentation).
If you need to transfer Confluence to another server with the add-on included, you can follow the instruction in the documentation of Migrating Confluence Between Servers - Transfer to another server with the same operation system.
