How to add hand icon for the comment like link

Thanks for the reply but it didn't help me.It might because of the misinterpretation of the problem.

For page level we had a "like link with hand icon".In the similar manner for a comment also you can post your like by clicking on "like" link.Here at comment level i want to add the "hand icon" beside the "like" link.
