Right now, the user list macro allows you to display multiple groups. I need to show a list of users who are members of multiple groups. IE, I need a list of users who are both in group "Artist Alley" AND in group "Staff 2019" NOT a list of users in "Artist Alley" THEN in "Staff 2019". The user picker allows you to filter by multiple groups, but I don't need a picker- I need a way to display who is in two groups. Hopefully I made this clear enough. Does anyone have any guidance on this?
Thanks!
Hi Todd,
We use Linchpin User Profiles at my company of about 3000 employees and have found that it will create lists of users that fit 2 or more requirements, however it can be tricky sometimes to get it to only show those results. Also, its a more robust plugin that requires the admin to build out the profile needed. This may change the look of your current profiles so you might want to try it in a test environment first to avoid confusing your users.
Warm Regards,
April

Hello Todd,
Welcome to Atlassian Community! It's nice to have you.
Something like this might be possible with a Marketplace Add-on, such as Linchpin User Profiles. I can see there is a Custom User List Macro there, but I haven't used this add-on before so I can't say for sure it would meet your requirements. Feel free to give it a test, or browse the other add-ons from Marketplace and try one of those.
Otherwise, writing a user macro might be another alternative for you, if you have any programming experience.
I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Shannon
