I am trying to add a link via web-item module to to the section highlighted in red in the image below.

Which section is this? (eg system.admin.top.navigation.bar)

Hi!

Sorry Umair, this isn't a web-section you can add more items, this four items are hard coded within the template. Maybe you can add something via JavaScript?
