How to restore an exported XML confluence space to a new location?

Hi,

I have exported a partial space ( a page with a page hierarchy beneath it) and its content, through the Confluence Export to XML function.

Now I'd like to restore that to be a child of a different page.

Is that possible and can I do it without access to the confluence server machine, ie, I have the xml export file locally.

I have the same question in a slightly different aspect: Is there a way to selectively import pages from an xml exported file? Anybody who has an idea how to handle that?

By the way, I'm looking for any other way to do this. Doesn't have to be with XML export/import.
