How to use NOT operator in a CQL query?

I am trying to use a Content by Label Macro and I want a list of documents which do not have the word COMPLETED in their title.

What must be my CQL query?

Please note that I cannot add the label completed in the documents. Hence the question.

Don’t know how to use CQL in a content by label macro, but searching for pages with title not containing Completed would be:

title !~ “completed” 

I would restrict the search to a space or a parent page to not get too many results.
