How do I have my own Html code displayed on my page. I'm aware of the html Include macro but I'm wondering if I can write it directly into the edit part of the page or place it somewhere in the confluence source editor and have it displayed on the user side. Additionally, if it's possible to do the first part is their a way to have my code enacted for the layout of the edit side (change formatting and allow dropdown menus inside of edit, etc).
Thanks in advance.
Hi Tristan,
your admin have to enable the HTML-Macro. Here you can simply write or paste your HTML-Code in and it should work with all the possibilities HTML gives you.
Here is the link to the given documentation:

Hey Benjamin,
I went in and enabled all 8 modules for the "Confluence HTML Macros" and then went back and tried again with all modules labeled legacy disable and left the rest, each time I got an error when pulling up the html macro that I have displayed below. It says "The macro 'html' is unknown. It may have been removed". What am I doing wrong here?html error.PNG

Hi Tristan,
I am not quite sure as your macro-browser seems to know the macro. It is hard to say without knowing your system in detail, but maybe a restart will do here.
