Hyperlink not all on the same color scheme in confluence

I've changed the hyperlink color in my color scheme.  Some links have changed to the new color while others have not.  Is there a way to make all color consistent?

I've seen this problem described in the following bug report, that affects the latest versions of Confluence:

Please check the workaround available to fix the issue.
