Include Excerpt does not display data but include page does

I have 2 pages in the same space.

Page 1 - Includes the 'excerpt' macro and there is only 1 excerpt in the page

Page 2-  Includes the "include excerpt' macro. It is only displaying the title of the page

I saw posts that permissions or lack thereof can get in the way of displaying data, yet, when I use the 'include page' macro and point to Page 1, all of the contents of that page displays on Page 2.

Never mind. I figured it out. There are 2 pages with the same name, one of which was in a different space and I was selecting that one.
