Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×We recently upgraded our Confluence Server to version 7.7.4 and since then the online commenting functionality is completely gone. Are we the only ones experiencing such problems? How can we go about solving it?
Hi,
Any resolution for this issue? Even I am facing same issue after upgrade to 7.4.5
Regards,
Sid
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
We have also upgraded to 7.7.4 in both of our test environments and the inline comment feature still works normally. Existing comments (including resolved ones) are still present and we can create new inline comments as well.
Would suggest engaging with Atlassian support (if not already) so they can assist troubleshooting further.

Hi!
What do you mean under online commenting?
Just selecting and wait then you can see commenting panel, not?
