I've attached some Word Docs on a wiki/confluence page for review by multiple parties. I will like add an interactive review window pane to the page below each attachement. Or perhap can you suggest how best to include a review section visible to all parties.

Hi @Seyi ,

You can do one of the following:

  • Use Comala Workflows for a customized review process. For additional info, refer this page.
  • Use comments capability - Both inline and comments at the bottom of a page.
  • Also, probably not most efficient for review but, can be one of the options - the reviewers or product/feature owners can 'watch' the page to what changes are being made and track the progress and/or make necessary edits.

Please let me know, if you are looking for something beyond this.

Thanks

Sireesha

Thanks Sireesha for the prompt reply. What i'm trying to achieve is have a document attached ( not written directly into confluence) and be able to have an interactive form to track the reviews.

Kind regards,

Seyi

Hi @Seyi ,

If it's still relevant for you, I would love to share a recent case study on how to enrich a review workflow with Comala using Talk Advanced Inline comments. I hope it will come in handy.

If you just want to present a list of the attachments in order to save the user from having to go to the Attachments page to see them, then you can use the Attachments macro that comes natively with Confluence.

For a third party option (as a paid app), you could use the Advanced Tables for Confluence app (available for Cloud and Server), which includes an Attachment Table macro. This macro will provide a list of attachments and a customizable display of metadata about the attachments, as well as a thumbnail image of the attachments.
