I may miss something but I find difficult to edit a page that contains sections, columns, panels etc., especially when trying to copy and paste or to move blocks of codes.
Is there a way to edit/copy/paste the raw source code, as it was the case with Confluence 2.9.x

It's unsupported because Atlassian has not had the time to maintain it. There are a lot of open bugs and feature requests currently. You can check out their issue board here.

You can see the the source code of a page by clicking on Tools > View storage format. From there you should be able to copy the raw source code of a page.
To edit the raw source code of a page more easily than modifying the database, you could configure a WebDAV client and edit the pages as text files.

The "View Storage Format" option is only shown to administrators.
As mentioned by Matthew Horn, the better solution would be to install the source editor plugin.
