I have an XY chart showing progress over time. I have 2 data series, an estimate and an actual. I would like to leave some of the y values under the actual as blank and not have the chart graph this as 0, is that possible?
Here's an example that I think gets at the request. Here's a plot for budget (or "Estimate") vs actual with data in all cells of the table:

Here's a plot with data in some of the budget (or "Estimate") cells but not all of them.

Its common to have actual data more frequently than budget data so it would be nice if the budget line just went between the points where there is data rather than reverting to zero...
An obvious fix is to calculate the intermediate points and fill them in, but it'd be nice to not have to do that.
Please provide a screenshot and your charted data, we can't really help without seeing.
