Hello guys,
I have a question concerning about the "Advanced Search" plugin. I wonder is there any solution or plugins may also have the features like "Advanced Search" in Confluence.
Currently we are using Advanced Search in our Confluence systems, and we will do the migration from Confluence 3.5 to 5.1. However, there is a space, which have lots of pages created from a live template, and when we tested to migrate the space to Confluence 5, the Advanced Search function not working.
We have got the feedback from Adaptavist that it may caused by "at the moment Advanced Search is not compatible with the newest Scaffolding metadata".and only can be released in next version. Thus, I wonder is there solution or workaround can also achieve this function? Thanks in advance.
Best Regards
Li
By the way, the Scaffolding plugin version is 5.0.9, lucene compat plugin is 1.1.1, Advamced Search version is 6.0.2.
Problem has been solved now. We tried to install the lucene compat plugin, and rewrite the user macro we are using to redefine the macros. and rebuild the index. afterwards, advanced search is working again. ;)

You do have to port your scripts to be able to use it with 5.x. Below is the documentation for this.

Oh, wait I misread. You are moving to Confluence v5 not Advanced Search v5. Sorry.
