JIRA issue macro in confluence

I am using Confluence on Demand and I am trying to use JIRA issue macro. It's asking for an application url which i cannot guess - Should have I a licenced "JIRA on demand" for this perpuse ?

Yes, you must have a linked JIRA application to use that macro.
