Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 21:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I have been using Labels Cage on several spaces without any issues. The other day I went to add a label to a page and the interface specific to Labels Cage is no longer present, only the default Confluence one. I checked the space and Labels Cage is still enabled, and the page that is uses to store its data is still there.
I tried creating a new Space and enabeling Labels Cage on it but the labels interface on any page is still the default Confluence one.
I have tried reinstalling the plugin but there is no change. Any idea what is going on?
Thanks
Actually figured this out.
The base URL of the server was set incorrectly; HTTP instead of HTTPS. Corrected and everything worked fine.
Funny though, the plugin provides no ERROR messages in the logs or gives any hints that this might be the problem. I upped the debugging as well and there were still no helpful messages. I only figured this out by working to correct another problem.
Labels Cage is for Confluence only.
Possible cause of missing Labels Cage interface is expired license or disabled plugin (or some plugin's module). I assume that plugin is enabled because you see Labels Management in space admin.
Please, check the license (you can use one for test from https://developer.atlassian.com/display/MARKET/Timebomb+Licenses+for+Testing that will last for 3 hours). Then press Ctrl+F5 in web browser to refresh page and see if LC is there.

Can this add-on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.intenso.confluence.labelscage.labels-cage be installed in JIRA and Confluence? Sounds like a bug but the issue tracker for the add-on at https://bitbucket.org/intenso/labels-cage/issues seems to be restricted
