Hi, We have received a message advising monthly fee is increasing from $10 to $50, we are having 9 users only. Please check and confirm the monthly fee applied to our account. Thank you

This site is for asking questions of the broader community of Atlassian users, Experts, and Partners.  Its members do not have access to do what you are asking.  You need to contact support for that.
