Need electronic signature plugin for Confluence

Running Confluence 5.1.4

We have lots of online company policies in Confluence. We would like a plugin that will allow for an electronic signature or acknowledgement of each policy. Are there an suggestions for plugins that will handle this for us?

Sign Off for Confluence displays a green mark at the top of the page when they've been signed. There are 2 cases:

• When you need a sign-off on specifications, it just displays a green mark at the top of the page;
• When you share the page with a group, it tracks how many % of the users have viewed and how many have signed the page, and displays a yellow mark "Sign-off requested".

But it's compatible with Confluence 5.2

It's for all versions, but it isn't a free plugin.
