Hi,
We are planning to use Atlassian Confluence as a document management tool in our application. We will open confluence as embedded tool in our application (say in an Iframe within the J2EE web application application).
We want to integrate it with our J2EE web application in such a way that the documents created in Confluence get automatically stored in a shared folder as soon as they are approved. So some action to trigger once document is Approved. And another thing is, for each document in confluence there will be one row in application database which should get updated as soon as the document is approved. So needed some process which will get triggered within confluence, will call our application DB component (ex. stored Procedure, or Function, or SQL), pass page parameters (page name, page id if any, and any other info) and then will update the application DB for that specific row.
Are there any plugins available (any third party plugins or any other component in confluence) ?
Thanks.

You can implement your own Confluence add-on or try using Script Runner for Confluence
