Page Permissions Not Wroking

My space admin granted Read/Edit/Contributors permissions to several users and they are not able to access the page.  

When you click on the red padlock icon on the top of the page, they are listed.  However, when you go to the menu and click "People who can view", they are not listed.  Any thoughts?

Have you tried checking the space permission? Maybe the users aren't added to the space permission, which prevents them from accessing the pages.
