Page restriction issue for Quick Link pages

I am getting the following error when trying to access any Quick Link pages created by the system. These are the Quick Links created for Product requirements and Meeting notes landing pages.

Page level restrictions have been applied to a parent of the current page. These restrictions limit access to certain users or groups and apply to all pages underneath the parent.

I found the problem myself. It turned out that these pages were moved under another page that had restricted access. After getting access to the parent page, I was able to access the Quick Links.

I have no way to get more information about the page or delete/move it.
