I am working with building a knowledge base in confluence that is integrated with Jira Service Desk. It is possible to search for articles from the confluence space front page, from project portals in JSD and when answering a request in JSD. I want statistics that shows the total number of views of each article (which articles are the most popular) - and of all articles - regardless of how they have been searched. Optionally number of views per search tool (Confluence space, JSD or JSD portal).
This is important statistics to motivate for the creation of new knowledge articles.
Hi @Ingunn Amsen ,
I know this is an old post. Still replying to it just in case other members can find a solution.
I had similar requirement once to find out how many users visiting the Confluence Page. I was able to find out this plugin "Page View Tracker"
You may additionally refer to their guide here
The plugin is Free of cost! :)
Hope this helps :)
