When using the search option we get the message 'Quick Nav disabled'. How can we resolve this?

Can you go under the Manage Add-ons page of your instance, select All add-ons on the dropbox and search for the plugin called Confluence Quicknav, then make sure that all its modules are enabled?
If everything looks right there, please attach a screenshot to this topic showing the problem so we can better understand what's happening there.
