RE: Space management. Anyone know of a quick way to move select content from one general space to a new dedicated space?

We have created many Confluence pages, some with many file (PDF) attachments, in a mockup general space.

Our mockup has been accepted but now we want to arrange things so all content there resides in its own space.

Being new to the Confluence game, my first thoughts were to delete and recreate in the new space but am hoping there is a move content option as I believe exists for moving content around within the same space.

Could likely make myself clearer but based on my limited knowledge this is the best I could do right now. Thanks in advance. HB

Once you've created the new space, just use the Move command under tools to move the pages to the new space.  If the pages are arranged in a hierarchy, so that all are under one top page, you just need to move the top page and the others will come along.

Many thanks Jonathan. I realised (after posting the question of course) that the Tools menu >> Move function does this effectively between spaces even (it appears) with large numbers of file attachments. Many thanks.
