After confluence upgrade from 5.92 to 6.2.0 images are not displaying

Hi,

I have upgraded confluence from 5.9.2 to 6.2.0, everything is fine. But images are not displaying.

Please help me here if anyone have faced the same issue and have the solution for it.

Hi Shib,

Did the location of your attachments change?  This can occur if Confluence is not looking for the attachments in the right place.  Please use the documentation here to ensure that the location of your attachments is correct.

Thanks for your comments.

No the location is same.

Attachments are located at: C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\Confluence\attachments and same location is used in the Confluence Attachment  storage. Even on editing the the attachment storage it is giving only option to "Locally in Confluence home directory" and another option is disable.

I don't know where is the issue.

In case of missing attachments we can also try the following two things:

• Re-indexing of the instance from scratch: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Rebuild+the+Content+Indices+from+Scratch
• Following this KB about missing attachments: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/How+to+resolve+missing+attachments+in+Confluence
