Allow users only to add a blog post but not to edit

Hi there,

I am looking for an option to allow all users to add a new Blog post, but they should not be able to edit posts from other users. 

I know I can set a page restriction when adding a blog post but can I set a page restriction as standard for new blog post. I don´t believe that all users will remember to set the restriction when they create a new blog post.

If I understand your question correctly, it's not possible to set up default restrictions as described in these tickets:

Alright Thank you. But is there any other way to get a such behaviour that users are only allowed to edit their own blog posts?
