I've upgraded confluence from 5.7 to 6.11 . An now we are not facing some icons that uses Atlassian icons font. How to fix the following issue?
But when I turn off this font-family in Confluence , we can see that all is working. How to fix the following issue?
Fixed by adding the following into Global Stylesheet :
.aui-icon::before { font-family: "Adgs Icons" !important; }
Thank you for letting me know the workarounds from the bug ticket fixed the problem! Please feel free to comment on the bug with your feedback.
Take care, and kind regards,
Shannon

Andrew,
Can you let me know which operating system you're using and which browser you use to view your Confluence site?
Thank you!

Andrew,
Thank you for confirming.
I know that Windows 10 has a feature that blocks untrusted fonts which could be what is happening here.
Even though you're experiencing the issue in all browsers, I would have a look at the workarounds below:
Can you please give them a try and see if one of them works for you? The 2nd might be the easiest, with the 3rd and then 1st workarounds.

Shannon

Hello @Shannon S,
I'm facing the same issue on Confluence 6.10.0, it happens when we're browsing on both MacOS and Windows, on Chrome and Firefox:
I tried the 2nd workaround you mentioned and it broke one more icon:
So I've disabled the SVG icons pack. I'll try the 1st workaround in the next few days.
Thanks,

Manon,
Thank you for letting me know! If it's happening on macOS then I think it might not be the same issue. This issue was particular to Windows 10 blocking the fonts.
At any rate, let me know the results of your final test and if it doesn't work, we can proceed further.
Regards,
Shannon
