Attach MP4 video file to the Confluence page

Hi,

I'm trying to attach 1MB video MP4 file by dragging and dropping in a custom confluence page. It threw  an error "This file type is not allowed. Please contact SG_WM_JIRA for further information".

I even checked the files size setting in general configuration and increased to 2 GB. But still I'm getting this error. I'm new to Confluence. Please advise

P.S I tried embedding the external Video url (Explee.com) directly to confluence using the multimedia Macro, but I found confluence page allows only certain video url to embed. correct me if I'm wrong

Your admins need to enable it in the add-on section.  Be aware it can open security holes.
