Hi. The company I work for has Confluence Cloud and Jira Cloud. I'm team leader for the company's product documentation team.
The doc team uses MadCap Flare as a help authoring tool (click here to open MadCap Software web site), and we also use a content mgmt and web server, MadCap Central.
We have SSO enabled on the external web server (MadCap Central) using an Azure app, I believe.
Can I use the app that we've already built to complete an Application Link? For example, I want to pull product help documentation from the external server into Confluence Cloud spaces within my organization.
I appreciate any advice.
Jim
@Jim Gilliam You would have to use the Confluence API or import the information.
@Brant Schroeder Thank you, Brant. I've been researching the API as my time permits. I tried the import process but it did not work. I opened a support ticket, however.
Thank you so much for the info.
Jim
