Hi Team,
We are not able to download the attachments from the Confluence server (version 6.13.0)
We found out that the attachments are missing from the attachment folder in the file
system.
Is there any possibilities to get back the attachments?
Please find the attachment.
Can you please help me with this?

You can try to list all of the attachments from the space (if this is available in your Confluence version): https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/space-attachments-macro-278693110.html
You can check trash in space settings, maybe it was removed by accident.
Or check if those files are available in some previous backup of Confluence or Server data
Also you can try to reach our to Atlassian support: https://support.atlassian.com/

Thank you for the reply.
We have checked the trash also, But there are no attachments.
We are able to see the attachments under the Attachments List in the respective spaces.
But we are not able to download them from the list.
