Confluence 6.14.1 installer does not find fontconfig package

On OpenSUSE Tumbleweed

Fontconfig package is installed:

Having similar issue on Redhat when upgrading confluence to v6.13.4. Not sure cause yet...

Found a way to fix the issue - download atlassian-jira-core-8.2.0.tar.gz to confluence server, unzip it and run atlassian-jira-core-8.2.0-standalone/bin/install_fontconfig.sh
