Confluence Data migration from one server to another

I have  space in Confluence Server A , now planning to have another server B for which i would be administrator and want to include that space.

But i am not administrator for Server A. 

So want to know what information need to get from Server A and how to include in Server B. 

Need help in this regard

Are you the space admin for your space in Server A, or do you have the export permissions to it.

If so you can export via any of the available methods and import the data into Server B

I see only Export to pdf and export to word for a given page but not for space. If you can guide with steps will be helpful.  And how to confirm if i am Space Admin or not ?

Solved with Back and Restore Option , used XML method and could get all the files including attachment
