We use Confluence with integration with Jira, but we have a user who has an error stating that he is not connected to Jira. We verified that the error is in the Authentication of access tokens that for some reason the user lost. We are not finding where to place this user with this token again.
Could anyone help?
hello @Yuri Edward Schulze ~ If I understand correctly, the user is seeing an Application Links error. A quick way to fix that is to create a Jira link on any page, have the user click the Jira Link at the top of the page, then Login and Approve and Allow.
The user should also be able to see an Authentication link on the Jira System Dashboard to do this....
You can also try incognito mode to get that prompt again.

Hello
Our user, when clicking on the issue links, takes them to Jira normally, but this integration is not done again.
When he edits the page and tries to search for a new issue, the macro settings appear for him to enter and approve. But he is redirected to a screen with error 400 and when he tries to create it appears that the Jira version is lower than 5.x. Since our Jira is version 8.16.2.
Note: The user is logged into both systems at the same time
