×Hello,
We had Confluence 6.12.1 earlier and upgraded to 7.4.1 just last weekend. We have had Confluence page showing different jira issue queries showing various fields including custom fields and the values were showing fine before the upgrade. But for some reason, weirdly for some custom fields (not all), the values from Jira does not show in Confluence page. Suddenly it starts to show the value for one field and then not for the other and the way it has been behaving is very strange, as there is no pattern on when & what affects it to show/not show is not very clear. Nothing has changed on the JIRA side before and after the upgrade of Confluence.
When I export the JQL query/result in XML, the XML does have the value for all the troubled custom fields. If the values are showing correctly in JIRA issue navigator and showing correct in XML export, not able to figure where the issue is happening with it displaying in Confluence Jira Issues macro. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
There was bug for this behaviour:
This is happening in Confluence Cloud as well,

Since my prod instance of confluence was having issue showing some custom field values, I had connected my dev confluence to the same instance of Jira to test. Weirdly, in dev instance of confluence, it shows the value for some cf's, lets say CF1 & CF2, but not CF3 and the prod instance of confluence shows the value for CF3, but not CF1 & CF2. Both dev and prod instances of Confluence run the same version 7.4.1
Not sure what is going on. Any help is appreciated.

I have observed similar issues, and a restart of Confluence seems to resolved it. Has happened two times in the last 4 days. Not sure of the cause.
