Drop menu

 Hi I am trying to add other as a choice in a drop-menu and when the user click on other choice it open automatically text field? Can I do that in JIRA?

You'll need to find or write an add-on that implements a web-fragment and a container for the field.

I'd stick with clicking "edit"
