Hello Guys,
In my server confluence instance, I have 2 plugins:
- Plugin 1 listens to DeleteHierarchyStartEvent event and use a condition inside it to not trigger it (this plugin is not developed internally; it is purchased).
- Plugin 2 (developed internally) listens as well to DeleteHierarchyStartEvent event and is doing some logic upon triggering this event ==> so, it is using it without any condition.
My problem is that this event is not fired.
My question, if we have 2 plugins having different logics (1 stopping the event , the other doing some logic behind it), do we have a precedence here specially that this event is native by Confluence? And if we need a plugin to have a priority on another, can we do that?
I need to make this event listener working in plugin 2.
Thanks,
Rosy
Hello Rosy,
Thank you for raising this with us.
Since you're having trouble with an event listener in a plugin which was developed in-house, I would recommend that you bring your question to our separate Atlassian Developer Community. That community is more familiar with developing add-ons for Atlassian tools, whereas this community is more geared towards end-user questions.
You will also find some further resources from our Atlassian Developer Site, if you continue to have any issues.
I hope that helps, but do let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Shannon
