Hi @Anita Pinto You can't add the filename, but you can add captions to the attached images. In Gallery Macro, the captions below the images will be drawn from the comments on the attachments. Refer this link to know how to add a comment to the uploaded image.
Hi Kishan
Thanks for your prompt response and the tip re adding captions, which is helpful.
Unfortunately, this will not help, the scenario is I want to upload the staff photos (200 images) alphabetically on a Confluence (Server) page in the attachments. Each photo has the staff name as file name.
I want to use the gallery option to populate the page with staff photos and their names.
If you think of an alternate solution let me know.
Thanks once again for your quick response.
Regards
Anita

If you are familiar with REST APIs, you can write a script to add a comment same as your filename to every photo that you are uploading and then the captions will be shown in your Gallery macro on every photo as per the comments attached. Refer this link for example of uploading attachment via rest api and adding a comment to it at the same time.

Thanks Kishan, it's good to know there is a way to do this and something new for me to research & learn. Thanks once again. Have a good weekend.
