Okay. Tomcat is starting after 10-15 minutes after Confluence. Why? I don't know. OS and VM isnt changed configurations. May be plugins?

I had this same problem and I've stopped confluence app then on DB server I've restarted postgresql and I've started confluence app. Maybe that's will help you.

Yes I have exactly the same problem, but after restart confluence its fixed but it is annoying it happens times after times again
Maybe Atlassian wakes up and can tell us what the problem is ?
