How can I restore the Product Requirements Index page?

As a new user, I deleted the Product Requirements Index Page, thinking I have inadvertantly created it while learning my way around the application.  Now, I cannot get it back.  The Confluence documentation states that this page is only created the first time this blueprint is used, which is kind of a bummer.  I looked in the trash to see if I could restore it, but it does not appear in the trash.

Do you have any suggestions?  I can see how useful this page is, and I would like to get it back.

Normally, Confluence backups are created automatically every day. So take your last backup and grab the page content from that.
