How do I show recent Jira Comments in a Confluence Wiki Page?

I've got this beautiful wiki page using the Jira Issues Macro. My Table shows about 10 issues and updates them live. Great!

Problem. My "customers" are complaining that unlike my old hard coded tables... which allowed them to enter comments in a cell that everyone could see... I cannot seem to get the comments to show in the Jira issues macro. The "comments" key is only a count. It does not show comments.

Perhaps this is the wrong way to go about it so the problem I am trying to solve is: How can I show all comments for a Jira issue or group of issues on a Confluence Wiki page?

Thanks!
