Dear All
In our Confluence 7.19.8 many "group not found" are listed in the View Global Permission.
The groups have no permission setting and all of these groups with "Group not found" can not be removed from the list.
How can I remove these groups from the Global Permission View list?
Kind regards
Reto
@Reto Umberg Are you using or did you use an LDAP for authentication? Has the LDAP server been taken offline? Is it still connected to the instance?
Dear Brant
Thanks for asking about the topic. In the meantime I was able to solve the problem easily.
The problem was that the groups to be deleted were still actively connected to the AD. After removing the groups in AD, it was also possible to delete the groups in Global Permission.
Kind regards
Reto
