How to show commits on Jira issue?

Hello,

we export several documents from our confluence system for our compliance department. These documentations include various information about our user stories which a relevant for our compliance department.

One important point is the explicit commit messages and more important in which git repositories changes where made.

Is it somehow possible to show the bitbucket commits in confluence? Like it is shown in Jira?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Henry

If you can somewhat invert your process, and instead of exporting from Confluence, you export the user stories from Jira, then it is doable using popular Jira apps.

You can export custom PDF documents that contain the user story details and the Git commits linked to those using the integration between the Git Integration and the Better PDF Exporter apps. (You can even export the Development field with the pull request details.)

Here is a document section with commit details:

This is quite old, but for others maybe.

We use Jenkins for something very similar, It is a whole new rabbit hole but certainly possible.

HI @Henry Auffahrt,

I don't think so this will be directly possible to show the commit information to confluence page but you can do one thing is that just link that confluence page to the Jira issue so that you can simulate all the related information to Jira issue.
