Hello all
Since yesterday, whenever I create new space, Confluence Cloud triggered error message, stating "We can't create that blueprint right now".
Strangely, the space was created however. However, there is no home page. I cannot move a page from an existing space to newly created space.
Let me know if anyone is experiencing the same.
Thank you.
@Atlassian user I created a new space in my cloud instance with the same parameters as you have in your screenshot - and did not receive the same error.
Looking at other posts in the community related to this, it could be a duplicate key error. However, I tested that as well and the prompt for a duplicate key is different.
Most of the previous posts were related to errors on SERVER, not CLOUD. Can you confirm what platform you are using?
Hi Andy,
Thank you for your confirming. My product is Cloud free version. Can I know whether you are standard or higher edition?
I will disable all addons and try again.
Thank you.

I am using Cloud Premium. Let me know if disabling the add-ons helps.
Does this happen no matter what you are naming the Space?

Hello Andy
To clarify, regardless of "Test" prefix or any words, I was getting error messages.
Thank you for reply and clarification. Your kind reply has helped me to successfully resume my work.
First, I disabled all global templates - https://site.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/templates2/listglobaltemplates.action
I modified default welcome page before. I found out that I was still getting error despite disabling templates.
Second, I went ahead to disable addons.
After disabling/unsubscribing most addons, I was able to create new space without any error message.
Due to my urgent tasks, I do not have time to troubleshoot in details by disabling each plugin and trying to create new space after each plugin.
However, I can confirm the following:
1 - I did not install new plugin yesterday.
2 - I did not update any plugin yesterday.
3 - Site is working well before yesterday.
Please kindly find my list of addons for your reference.
Thank you very much for being helpful to the community.
Lesson learnt is to use only essential plugins.
