For example, I have client 1, Client 2, Client 3...
Client 1 may have specific features that doesn't impact client 2 and client 3.
So the documentation may need to have certain topics only for Client 1 URL that need not display for client 2 and client 3.

Unfortunately this isn't possible.
An option is to create separate spaces for different clients and then create groups that can only access the respective spaces.
