Hi,
I am in search of procedure to migrate large confluence space data having attachments from windows to Linux without import/export method, as import is always failing for me.
Total size of data is approx 5 GB.
Request to pls help me in this regard , as it blocking a very high priority project.
Hi Raksha, how large is the non-attachments files? (entities.xml and exportdescriptor file) I would suggest you perform a space import without attachments first to see if it is successful and copy the attachments over to your attachment storage folder in your destination Confluence.
Fabulous input Nazri!!!!
This worked but facing problem with some of the attachments which are not opening.
For ex MP4 media files, Images.
Getting errors like "page not found" "attachment not found" "cannot play MP4 file".

Hi Raksha, glad to hear that :), you could try and use the missing attachments script for Confluence here https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/confluence-support-fix-missing-attachments There are some more details to that process here too https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-resolve-missing-attachments-in-confluence-201761.html

Hi Nazri, Tried to following links mentioned but looks like I need to run SQL query but my confluence doesn't support Database file system.
Confluence version I am on is 5.10.
