At feature level and team level

Which plug-in is best suitable for the above problem Bigpicture or Aha

Since you've added Confluence tags to the question, I'll mention that the Confluence Roadmap planner can be used for showing timelines of things. The bottom of the documentation shows some add-ons that can connect with Jira for simple planners.

On the other end of the spectrum, we've also got Jira Portfolio which offers extensive insight into your team's roadmap and velocities, both at a team level and wrapping up into higher levels that would be of interest to people looking at development across your entire software staff.

With the Atlassian-built stuff mentioned now, I'm also adding the appropriate tags to this question so that the Aha and BigPicture staff are more likely to see it and respond.
