One of our users is receiving too many email notifications for access request

Even though the user doesn't have any role in the spaces that he is receiving emails for access requests, he is flooded with too many emails asking him to approve access. We suggested him to uncheck auto-watch option in the email settings and also under the profile clicked on stop watching for the spaces/pages he is not a part of.
But still he is receiving too many notifications for access requests.

Please suggest on this.

Hi @Dhanyasri ,

probably, as Confluence Space Admin, your user has receiving request access. 

You can disable Access Request for whole instance (take alook to Temporary Workaround here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-33703).

Thank you for writing back but the issue we see here is only with one user and disabling access request at instance level will impact all other users as well.

Any suggestions here are much appreciated!
