Option to "import from word" not available for some users

Hello,

Some of our users are unable to see the 'import from word' option when they look for it in the 3 buttons next to the share button....

Is this a permissions issue on the space? I have admin rights on the page and i can see the option.

One of the users is in a read/write group which has the below permissions on the space.

All: View / Delete Own

Pages: Add / Delete

Blog: Add / Delete

Attachments: Add / Delete

Comments: Add / Delete

Restrictions: None

Mail: None

Space: Export / Admin - None to either

It is the add-on called "Office-connect"  needs to be enabled in the Confluence system add-ons.
